Petrit Abazi is Director of the Northern Centre for Contemporary (NCCA), Australia, on the lands of the Larrakia people. Born in Kosovo, he has a BA in Art History from the University of Trento, Italy and an MA in Art Curatorship from the University of Melbourne (Naarm). He has more than 17 years of experience working on over 50 exhibitions on Australian, Aboriginal and international art and material culture for arts organisations in Australia and Europe. Petrit has written over 200 texts on art in over 50 publications in English and Italian.
